About The Role

Are you looking for a Legal Services Manager role in a forward thinking, growing organisation? Are you a fully qualified Solicitor with post qualification experience? If so, we want to hear from you.

As a Legal Services Manager you will provide initial legal advice on a range of issues, in particular land and property, assisting the Head of Legal Services to manage the legal services framework and provide governance and company secretarial advice and assistance.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Legal Services Manager, you will:
 
- Have comprehensive post qualification experience of working as a solicitor
 
- Have experience in property law and knowledge of lender requirements for property charging
 
- Have experience working within a regulated environment with knowledge and experience of corporate structures and company law
 
- Ideally have previous experience working in an company secretarial or governance role 
 
- Have a proficient level of literacy and numeracy
 
- Be able to build a rapport with colleagues at all levels
