About The Role
We are looking for a experienced Multi Skilled Technician to joined our highly skilled team, installing new kitchens and bathrooms. You will have a core trade in carpentry or plumbing and will be working in the field covering Exeter and the surrounding areas.
Purpose of the role:
  • You will provide a high quality service installing kitchen and bathrooms at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.

  • You will be included in our out of hours service, ensuring the safety of our customers at all times

  • You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest
  • You will have a core trade in carpentry or plumbing achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.

  • You will have good general multi-skilled abilities.

  • You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
This is a full time opportunity although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) or job share may be available.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will:
  • Be highly competent 
  • Have a positive, can do attitude
  • Have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently
  • Ideally have experience working in customers properties
  • Hold a full, valid driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)

You may have experience or an interest in the following: Plumbing, Responsive Repairs, Reactive Repairs, Operative, Maintenance, Engineer, Social Housing or Housing Association.
