As a Scheme Manager in our Leasehold and Commercial Services team, you will provide a scheme based support and administration service for all residents at the scheme in Dawlish.
You will carry out site inspections, arranging for any appropriate action to be taken to maintain premises to a high quality and safe standard, while providing an emergency call service to residents (whilst on duty) and offering emergency assistance when required.
On a day to day basis, you will act as the first point of contact for customer queries. You will welcome new residents into the scheme and maintain regular contact, offering information and guidance when needed. You will be liaising with internal and external contractors, medical and support services and our customers' relatives therefore, you will need to have the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
This exciting role is being offered on a part time basis, working 8 hours per week. The hours and working pattern are negotiable.
