About The Role
Are you a creative and tenacious individual, with an interest in enforcement and housing law? If so, this exciting opportunity could be for you.


We are looking for an Enforcement Officer in the Bristol area to join the compliance team & lead on no-access cases for safety inspections and services. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive front facing service and be our expert in enforcement activities. You will be required to prepare, serve and present legal proceedings as and when needed across an area from Gloucester to Yeovil.

You will work alongside colleagues to proactively provide assistance to resolve cases of non-access while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be customer focused and be experienced in litigation. A CIH Level 4 qualification or an equivalent related tenancy law qualification would be desirable. 

This role is being offered on a full timepermanent basis, with Weston-super-Mare as the nearest office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Enforcement Officer, you will be / have:
 
  • Experience working within a housing or community safety related environment.
  • Experience of court litigation, Housing Law and Equality Act legislation.
  • CIH Level 4 qualification or an equivalent related tenancy law qualification.(D)
  • Excellent communication skills with a tenacious, problem solving attitude.
  • Experience of working with key partners to deliver shared objectives.
  • Customer focused, with an ability and drive to improve customer satisfaction.
  • A full UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.
