You will work closely with stakeholders, translating business requirements into solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes. From facilitating workshops to developing project plans, you will be at the heart of change, ensuring every step of the journey leads to a measurable success.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Engaging with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to support project planning and analysis. Developing and maintaining project documentations, including plans, action trackers and RAID logs.
  • Translating business needs into system functionality by working with the IT teams and external suppliers.
  • Supporting testing activities, including creating test scripts, conducting tests, and guiding end-users through changes.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of measurable outcomes.

We have two opportunities available. One is a full time, permanent position, the other is a full time, fixed term position for up to 12 months. It is essential that you live within a commutable distance of any of our three offices - Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon, as you will be required to come into the office 2 - 3 days per week.

About The Candidate

To be successful in your application, you will meet the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level One role (please see our candidate information pack, and the following role specific requirements:
 
  • A natural problem solver, with a passion for delivering change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in project work, with the ability to develop test scripts and guide end-users through changes.
  • Strong IT skills, including a proficiency in MS Office.
  • A Project or Change Management qualifications.
