- Leading on health & safety, risk audits, and compliance reporting—escalating issues when needed.
- Managing procurement and performance of both hard and soft FM services.
- Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all sites.
- Overseeing contractor relationships, reviewing RAMS, and providing H&S guidance.
- Monitoring building assets, planning maintenance, and forecasting OPEX/CAPEX.
- Driving sustainability efforts and supporting our carbon reduction strategy.
- Managing budgets, leases, service charges, and business continuity plans.
- Mentoring and developing a geographically dispersed FM team in line with our values.
- Stepping in for the Head of Workplace and Facilities when needed, including out-of-hours support.
This is more than just a facilities role—it is a chance to lead with purpose, innovate with impact, and grow with a team that values your expertise.
