We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Engineer to join our Property Services team, with a primary focus on the full time installation of boilers, radiators, and central heating systems.
As a Gas Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
This role is a mobile role, working predominately in the Somerset/South Bristol area. You will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of this patch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installations Work (Primary Focus): Carry out full installations of domestic boilers, radiators, and central heating systems to a high standard, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety requirements.
- Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair domestic heating systems, including fault-finding, installation, and annual servicing.
- Quality Workmanship: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with building regulations and safety requirements.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintenance and Testing: Perform periodic testing and installation work, ensuring compliance with current best practices and guidelines.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- On-Call Participation: Take part in an out-of-hours on-call structure and attend meetings and training as required.
