Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites and permissions.
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead and manage systems improvement and implementation projects aligned with the IT strategy, meeting internal and statutory deadlines.
- Engage and consult with the business to provide technical guidance, evaluate new processes, improve existing ones, and implement cloud platform architecture for efficiency.
- Oversee configuration and change management within projects, ensuring robust data quality, lifecycle documentation, and smooth handover to BAU teams.
- Monitor and manage cloud platform resources, licensing, and capacity to ensure responsive access, working with Infrastructure colleagues for proactive monitoring and resolution.
- Communicate and present complex technical information clearly and with integrity to all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. This is a hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the office, dependent on business need. This role can be based in our Exeter, Tolvaddon or Weston-super-Mare office.
