As a Project Coordinator - Programme Delivery, you’ll be at the heart of our programme activity, supporting the smooth and successful delivery of work across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of Programme Management, and Head of Projects and Delivery, you’ll coordinate key activities, organise meetings, keep project documentation accurate and up to date, and help ensure teams have what they need to stay on track. Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of governance forums including agendas, packs, minutes, issue and upkeep of actions and decision logs.
- Coordinating key programme activities, including agenda creation and distributing pre-reading materials
- Managing programme documentation, Teams/SharePoint sites and information repositories
- Maintaining programme trackers and portfolio records
- Supporting Project Managers and Delivery Leads with administration and governance activities.
- Driving consistency in reporting, templates and ways of working across the portfolio.

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week.
Hybrid Working is available for this role working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will be based from our one of our three offices (Weston-Super-Mare, Exeter or Tolvaddon).
