As a Team Leader – Planning (M&E), you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. You will lead a team of dedicated planners, driving performance, continuous improvement, and a culture of customer-first thinking.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop a team of planners to enhance team capability and performance.

Set clear targets and hold the team accountable for delivery.

Promote a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Ensure efficient scheduling of repairs and maintenance using resource planning tools.

Monitor and report on progress of repairs and planned works.

Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues around work quality, compliance, and timeliness.

Operate within Health & Safety and organisational policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Support the customer service centre and manage complaints effectively.

This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis, working 22.2 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday). This is an office based role, based in our Exeter or Weston-super-Mare office.
