Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing positive change and helping colleagues thrive? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to act as the bridge between strategic priorities and operational delivery, ensuring our people plans translate into practical, impactful outcomes across our Central Services teams. Working closely with leaders, you’ll provide expert HR advice, support organisational change and use people insights to help shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and deliver people-focused solutions aligned to organisational goals.
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, balancing organisational risk with a fair and values-led approach.
- Support workforce planning, capability development, organisational design and change initiatives.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive action.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver a high-quality end-to-end people service.
- Champion organisational values and culture, identifying opportunities to improve people processes and practices.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week.
We're flexible on where you're based – you can work from any of our Bromford, Flagship, LiveWest offices including Norwich, Tewkesbury, Exeter and Weston-super-Mare. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home and office working. From time to time, you may be asked to visit another office to support colleagues or attend meetings, although this is expected to be infrequent.
You will support our Central Services teams across the South West, Midlands and East of England (including Norwich) and should be comfortable travelling as required to meet business needs.
