LiveWest is one of the largest housing providers in the South West, owning and managing over 40,000 homes. We're seeking a proactive, detail-orientated Senior Business Partner to join our finance team, focusing on our Asset Management division. In this pivotal role, you'll support investment and sustainability initiatives for our existing homes, guiding senior managers and budget holders with essential financial insights to help achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial expertise to advance LiveWest's investment and sustainability strategies for existing homes.
- Partner with senior managers to address financial performance challenges, ensuring accountability and progress.
- Lead the preparation of our annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan, supporting long-term and sustainable growth.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. You can be based in our Weston-super-Mare or Exeter office, and a hybrid way of working, with 2 - 3 days per week in the office, dependent on business need, is available.
